CAPT Rick Hepburn, PE, USN (Ret), is a 1976 United States Naval Academy graduate with a BS in Ocean Engineering and MS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and a Naval Engineer degree from MIT. He is a past President of the American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association and the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE).

Scott Hepburn CGFM, PMP, earned his BS in Finance with a Minor in Economics at Virginia Tech and is MS in Finance at The George Washington University. He is an expert in EVM and the Agile methodology and is a highly effective capture manager and business development lead.

Principal, Chief Financial Officer

Eric Hepburn earned a B.S.B.A in Finance and minor in Economics at Longwood University. He is an expert in Costpoint, accounting, financial functions, and contracting including a thorough knowledge and experience following the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).

Principal, Customer Relations Officer

Samantha Hepburn Hertel has 10 years of experience with Marriott International and 4 years experience with Hepburn and Sons. Her sales and marketing experience combined with her knowledge of US Navy warfare requirements and contracting provide a unique and sought after skill set.

Frank McMahon

Frank McMahon

Chief Information Officer

Frank McMahon previously worked for AT&T, Government Solutions where he served as Associate Director Program Management with 80 direct reports supporting the USMC Enterprise network. Frank has a MS in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Network Engineering, with 37 years of Federal Service and over 70 formal Federal career awards.

Danny Georgiadis

Dr. Danny Georgiadis

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Daniel R. Georgiadis earned his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering, M.S. in Management, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He served as a science advisor at the Pentagon within OPNAV N95 Expeditionary Warfare, as well as PEO LCS, and PEO Subs, eventually becoming the Acquisition Manager at PMS 415, Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems, leading all surface ship and undersea torpedo defense for the entire Navy.

Sam Perez

RADM Perez, USN (Ret.), a graduate of the USNA, earned his M.A. in Strategic Planning from Naval Postgraduate School and completed a year-long tour of the Federal Executive Fellowship (FEF) Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served in the United States Navy for 36 years, and his at-sea commands included command of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and command of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 1.

CAPT Henry M. Rainone, USN (Ret.), BSEE from USNA, brings over 30 years’ experience across an array of ship classes, propulsion plants, and C4ISR systems. His dual Navy / civilian career includes leading roles in Navy ship design, construction, qualification, operation, maintenance, and at-sea fleet C4ISR system interoperability testing, as well as related business development.

Frank Koye

Chief, Engineering Support Services

CDR, Frank Koye, USN (Ret.), a graduate of the USNA, earned his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He served in the United States Navy for 23 years moving from submarines, to naval aviation, intelligence, and later special warfare, and served aboard four surface ships and three submarines. Previously he worked in the defense industry in the U.S. for Alion Science and Technology, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Electronics Group, and Time Domain Corp. He has lived and worked abroad doing venture capital in emerging markets, and teaching graduate business in Europe.

Chaz Balkenbush earned her Leadership and Management degree at Bluefield College located in Bluefield, Virginia. She is a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition expert and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
