Chairman

CAPT Rick Hepburn, PE, USN (Ret), is a United States Naval Academy graduate with a BS in Ocean Engineering and MS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and a Naval Engineer degree from MIT. He is a past President of the American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association and the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE). He served as the President/CEO of Hepburn and Sons LLC for 12 years and is now the Chairman.
