Contracts is responsible for administering and overseeing the organizations contracts with the US Government, Prime Contractor and Subcontractor Entities. This department interprets and negotiates agreements and federal regulations. The contracts department advises senior management on contracting-related issues and works closely with the project manager/task order leads to ensure the same message is conveyed to the customer.
Seaport Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is the United States Navy’s contract vehicle of choice to procure engineering and program management services. It has a five-year base period of performance, with an additional five-year ordering period option valid through January 2029.
