As of March 24, 2021 Hepburn and Sons LLC has been selected as a DOD SkillBridge Internship Industry Partner to train and hire transitioning U.S. military service members.

said retired U.S. Navy Captain Rick Hepburn, President of Hepburn and Sons LLC. “Through the program, we would like to hire top military talent to support our Surface Combat Systems Center customer.”

As an authorized SkillBridge organization, the company will provide service members with civilian work experience before military separation. U.S. military members can apply for an 8 – 24-week
position during the final 180 days of active-duty obligated service. Hepburn and Sons LLC has a long history of supporting veterans and service members. Fifty-three percent of our workforce has served in the military. They are recognized for their commitment to the hiring, professional development, and retention of U.S. service members and Veterans.
