OUR MISSION
As Principal, CFO with Hepburn and Sons LLC, I manage all internal business functions to include Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources and Office Management:
- Manage accounting functions including, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and taxes
- Manage financial functions including, bid and proposal, budgeting, banking and pricing
- Manage contract functions including, negotiation, review, execution, and administration
- Manage office functions including, administration, human resources, information technology and documentation
- Implemented a new accounting software with an expense and timekeeping interface to become DCAA compliant, while creating a new business entity
- Organize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
- Lead cost volume efforts for multimillion dollar proposal involving electrical distribution and quality assurance opportunities
