The Marketing Department handles the following actions:

• Maintaining the template for the capabilities brief and marketing card
• Updating the website daily
• Researching and booking travel for all employees
• Managing all logistics to conferences (including virtual and in-person)
  • Setting up booths
  • Registering all attendees
  • Setting up meeting with clients
  • Designing and ordering all swag
• Signing up or renewing all society memberships
• Maintaining the company store
• Designing and leading Christmas card efforts
• Planning all social gatherings for the company
• Maintaining contact list for all departments
• Managing both offsite office locations (Atlantic, VA & Colonial Beach, VA)
